All patient information is confidential and will only be released to specified individuals with the written consent of the patient.

Information covered may pertain to orthomolecular medicine, nutrition, exercise and /or rehabilitation. Negative lifestyle influences will be discussed as they apply.  

Recommendations will not be made to discontinue use of any prescription drugs. It is the responsibility of the doctor who prescribed them to alter their use by the patient, after positive progress has been made utilizing orthomolecular medicine to warrant this action.

Allopathic treatments such as surgery are options which must be considered in certain instances and will therefore, not be discouraged. Timelines invloving treatments such as this need to be discussed with the doctor recommending them. Treatment advice given by Well Again Clinic will involve prevention and post-surgery recovery.

Appointments are reserved with a credit card. Payment for service is due at the time of service. This can be made using Discover, Mastercard, or Visa. Bank debit cards, personal checks or cash are accepted for local patients only. Insurance is not accepted.

A follow-up appointment will be scheduled six weeks after the initial.

Appointment cancellations can be made with 24 hours notification, with no penalty. Broken appointments will be charged one half of the normal appointment fee.
